Four permanent faces of RaptorocK

Maximus, Raptor, Lorian and Julie are proprietary characters of the RaptorocK brand. They are recurring digital brand assets — not temporary decorations or generic stock characters — built to grow recognition and commercial value across the ecosystem.

They connect RaptorocK MMA, Music, Media and Software. New artwork changes the scene, clothing, pose or campaign while preserving the recognisable identity. Approved reference art is the visual source of truth.

The cast

Meet the characters

Maximus · Raptor · Lorian · Julie — together they represent the RaptorocK world.

Leadership

Maximus

Founder · Head Coach · Leader

The central character who ties the RaptorocK universe together. Visually based on Janus de Lange, founder and Head Coach — Maximus is the stylised digital interpretation of that identity: leadership, experience, coaching, resilience and the philosophy behind RaptorocK.

Maximus represents the Coach.

Three expressions of the same character

  • Coach / Founder Everyday RaptorocK — experience, authority and leadership alongside fighters, students, Raptor, Lorian and Julie.
  • Fighter / Gladiator Warrior alter ego — discipline, toughness, courage and competition. Still recognisably Maximus.
  • Rockstar Musical and rebellious alter ego — music, entertainment and lifestyle. Same face, new world. See RaptorocK Music.

The room

Raptor

Rocky the Raptor · Mascot · Student · Fighter · Community

The dinosaur mascot of RaptorocK — also known as Rocky the Raptor. He represents the students and fighters being trained: humorous, motivational and instructional — while staying connected to the established RaptorocK dinosaur design.

Raptor represents the Student.

Promotion

Lorian

Promo Girl · Brand Ambassador · Lifestyle / Events

A permanent fictional promotional character — young adult, confident and recognisable. Lorian does not age; her established appearance stays consistent across promotions, events, fight-night art, web, merch and social.

Lorian promotes.

Distinct from Julie — viewers should tell Lorian ≠ Julie at a glance.

Promotion

Julie

Promo Girl · Brand Ambassador · Lifestyle / Events

The second permanent RaptorocK promotional character. Young adult, fictional, age and look locked. Complements Lorian without becoming the same face — individually or together depending on the campaign.

Julie promotes.

Distinct from Lorian — viewers should tell Julie ≠ Lorian at a glance.

The relationship

One world, four roles

  • Maximus leads Founder, Head Coach and the character who ties the universe together — Coach, Gladiator or Rockstar.
  • Raptor trains The mascot student/fighter — the people of RaptorocK, with humour and heart, always on-brand.
  • Lorian & Julie promote Two distinct promo ambassadors for events, lifestyle, merch and social — never interchangeable faces.
  • IP, not substitutes Do not replace them with generic AI faces. Reference art stays locked; campaigns get new scenes of the same characters.

Intellectual property

Built as commercial brand assets

The long-term objective is not four website mascots. It is four recognisable RaptorocK characters with their own identity, audience recognition and licensing potential — across MMA, music, merch, comics, animation, games, software and more.

Maximus, Raptor, Lorian and Julie are proprietary characters of RaptorocK. All applicable rights reserved. Character names, artwork, logos and related brand elements are not public-domain or freely reusable assets.

Got character artwork?

Store approved masters in each character’s reference/ folder — never overwrite those with campaign art. Campaign scenes go in campaigns/ (or Maximus persona folders).
